COSMOSIL 5C18-MS-II
COSMOSIL 5C18-MS-II采用的是新一代的封尾方式的通用性柱子,流动相中的高极性成分会在填料的表面聚集,对硅烷醇基有遮蔽效果。填料为5微米的高纯度的硅胶颗粒(纯度99,99%以上)。实现高柱效、低柱压、寿命更长。
COSMOSIL 5C18-AR-II
COSMOSIL 5C18-AR-II是COSMOSIL C18-AR柱的改进型,填料为5微米的高纯度硅胶(纯度99,99%以上)。对酸碱化合物及金属低配位化合物均可分离,且耐酸性超过了COSMOSIL 5C18-AR,所以对酸性化合物的分离效果更好(包括小分子蛋白和多肽)。其分析范围更广。
COSMOSIL 5C18-PAQ
100%水作为流动相保留时间仍然稳定!! COSMOSIL 5C18-PAQ同样采用COSMOSIL 5C18-MS-II和COSMOSIL 5C18-AR-II相同的高纯度耐酸碱的硅胶为填料,但是比COSMOSIL 5C18-MS-II的C18基的使用量要少,主要是针对不含有机溶剂的流动相而设计的。即使在100%的水为流动相下也可以稳定的保留时间。对亲水性化合物的分离效果显著。
