利钠素家族包括：心房钠尿肽(atrial natriuretic peptide ANP)、脑钠素(brain natriuretic peptide，BNP)、C型利钠素(c-type natriuretic pepdde，CNP)。利钠素家族是肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统的天然拮抗剂，也抑制后叶加压素及交感神经的保钠、保水作用。ANP和BNP两者的作用相似，之前对利钠素与蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后的低血钠的关系做过较多的研究，但其与SAH的关系的研究则较少。 心脏收到牵引
