产品描述：
SDS是一种阴离子去垢剂，常用于进行SDS-PAGE、DNA提取等需要蛋白变性的操作。在SDS-PAGE中，SDS能断裂分子内和分子间的氢键，使分子去折叠，破坏蛋白分子的二、三级结构。而且，蛋白结合SDS后，所带的负电荷远远超过蛋白质本身所带的电荷，每种蛋白的荷质比基本相同，这样就消除了不同蛋白分子间的电荷差异和结构差异，将仅根据其自身的大小在凝胶中迁移。
通常配置成10%水溶液使用。
