本产品是专为Real-time RT-PCR而研发的快速逆转录试剂混合液。5×SuperQuick RT MasterMix中包含SuperQuickRT逆转酶、RNase Inhibitor、Random 6 mers、Oligo dT Primer、dNTP、RT Buffer等从RNA模板逆转录成cDNA第一链所需的全部试剂。该产品的逆转录效率高，可对少量RNA模板进行良好的逆转录反应，15分钟即可完成荧光定量模板cDNA第一链合成。另外，逆转录反应温度可以提高到50℃，可通读GC含量高和二级结构复杂的RNA模板。本试剂盒操作十分方便快捷，仅需加入RNA模板和水即可进行逆转录反应，特别适合于高通量检测。
