Monoclonal Antibody against Thyroid Transcription Factor (TTF-1)

This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Clone 8G7G3/1 Form Purified Antibody (in 0.01M PBS + 0.1% NaN3 + 1% BSA) Host Mouse IsoType Thyroid Transcription Factor (TTF-1) Monoclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET)IgG1 Specificity The Signet TTF-1 (8G7G3/1) antibody recognizes the 40kDa thyroid transcription factor, which is a member of the NKx2 family of transcription factors. TTF-1 antigen is expressed in epithelial cells of the thyroid gland and the lung.
This antibody was developed using a rat TTF-1 recombinant protein.
Prediluted Format:
SIG-3830-26 [L2 6 mL] is ready-to-use with a Biotin-based detection systems such as Signet’s USA Ultrastreptavidin Detection (SIG-32250).Uses This antibody is effective in immunohistochemistry (IHC). Suggested Working Dilution Thyroid Transcription Factor (TTF-1) Monoclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET)The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - IHC: ready-to-use
Tissue Sections: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues
Pretreatment: For optimal staining, the sections should be pretreated with an antigen unmasking solution such as Retrieve-All 1 (SIG-31910).
Incubation: 60 minutes at room temperature when using Biotin based detection systems such as Signet’s USA Ultrastreptavidin Detection (SIG-32250).
