Uses This antibody is effective in immunoblotting, immunohistochemistry (IHC), and ELISA. Suggested Working Dilution β-Amyloid (20.1) Monoclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET)The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - IHC:
Tissue Sections: Formalin-fixed human paraffin-embedded brain sections
Pretreatment: The epitope must be re-exposed in fixed tissue by pretreatment using formic acid (70%) for 10-30 minutes at room temperature
