This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Clone SN6h Form Protein G Purified Antibody (in PBS + 0.1% NaN3 + 1% BSA) Host Mouse Species Reactivity Endoglin (CD105) Clone SN6h Monoclonal Antibody, Purified (Signet)Human IsoType IgG1 Specificity Endoglin (CD-105) is a type I membrane glycoprotein that is part of the TGF beta receptor complex.
Endoglin (CD 105) is expressed in vascular endothelial tissue as well as a variety of other tissues. Endoglin may also be involved in the cytoskeletal organization affecting cell morphology and migration. (2)
For formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections, Covance recommends using the endoglin antibody with a polymer detection system such as Covance’s ACUITYAdvanced Polymer (SIG-32902).
Concentrated Format:
SIG-3770-1000 (1 mL)
Prediluted Format:
SIG-3770-26 (6 mL) is ready to use with polymer detection such as ACUITYAdvanced Biotin free Polymer Detection (SIG-32902).Uses This antibody is effective in immunohistochemisty on formalin fixed paraffin embedded sections. This antibody has been developed for use with a polymer detection kit such as ACUITYAdvanced Polymer Detection (SIG-32902). Suggested Working Dilution Endoglin (CD105) Clone SN6h Monoclonal Antibody, Purified (Signet)The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - IHC: 1:100 (concentrated format) with Biotin free, polymer detection systems such as ACUITYAdvanced Polymer Detecton (SIG-32902). This antibody is not recommended for use with biotin based, non-polymer kits.
Tissue Sections: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues
Pretreatment: Protease 8 for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Incubation: 60 minutes
