Monoclonal Antibody against Human α-Synuclein Intended Use **Research Use Only (RUO)**
This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Clone LB509 Form Purified Antibody produced in serum free culture (in PBS; no preservatives or carrier proteins) Host α-Synuclein (LB509) Monoclonal AntibodyMouse Species Reactivity Human IsoType IgG1 [Ab] 1mg/ml Specificity α-synuclein is a 140 amino acid protein that is implicated in Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, Lewy body dementia, and multiple system atrophy. Signet’s LB509 reacts with human but does not react with rodent α-synuclein. LB509 recognizes amino acids 115-122 of human α-synuclein. Uses This antibody is effective in immunoblotting, immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA. Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - Western/Dot blot: 1:100-1:10,000
