Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) Monoclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET)Human
IsoType
IgG2b
Specificity
The Signet anti-Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) antibody reacts with antigen-positive cells in tissue from patients with type-B viral hepatitis, cirrhosis, and hepatocellular carcinoma. Staining may occur in seropositive as well as seronegative patients.
This antibody was developed using hepatitis B Surface antigen isolated from the serum of hepatitis B infected patients.
