Alexa Fluor® Labeled Monoclonal Antibody against Nuclear Pore Complex Proteins Intended Use **Research Use Only (RUO)**
This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Clone MAb414 Form Alexa Fluor® Labeled Antibody (in PBS + 50% glycerol + 0.03% thimerosal) Host Mouse Species Reactivity Vertebrate, Xenopus, Yeast IsoType Nuclear Pore Complex Proteins (MAb414) Monoclonal Antibody, Alexa Fluor Labeled IgG1 Specificity MAb414 is a reliable general purpose monoclonal antibody which recognizes a related family of NPC proteins. This antibody is ideal for studying the morphology and composition of the nucleus and nuclear envelope. It is also useful in studying changes in the nuclear structure during mitosis and meiosis.
This antibody is covalently coupled to Alexa Fluor® 488 to generate a one-step staining reagent; no secondary antibody detection is required. Alexa Fluor® 488 is an excellent alternative to fluorescein (FITC) dyes.Uses This antibody is effective in a variety of applications including immunoblotting and immunofluorescence (IF). Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - IF: 1:5,000

Upon initial thawing, apportion into working aliquots and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to prevent denaturing the antibody. For long-term storage, keep the antibody at -80°C.
