Product Overview
The Stemolecule™ iPS Cell Generation Enhancer Set is composed of four small molecules which have been proven to improve iPS cell generation. Stemolecules™ RG108, BIX01294, Valproic Acid, and R(+)Bay K 8644 have been shown to enhance reprogramming efficiencies of viral vectors and recombinant proteins via modulation of epigenetic regulation or L-type Ca2+ channel activity.

Storage Store at -20°C. Protect from light. Following reconstitution, store aliquots at -20°C.
Quality control The purity of Stemgent’s Stemolecules™ was determined by HPLC analysis. The accurate mass and structure of Stemgent’s Stemolecules™ were determined by mass spectrometry and NMR, respectively. Cellular toxicity of Stemgent’s Stemolecules™ was tested on mouse embryonic stem cells.
Stemolecule™ iPS Cell Enhancer SetStability Components are stable for 6 months from date of receipt when stored as directed.
