FOXO荧光素酶报告基因（报告基因质粒）（FOXO luciferase reporter plasimd）是钰博生物自主研发的用于检测FOXO转录活性水平为目的的报告基因。FOXO转录因子家族包括Foxo1,Foxo4,Foxo3a, Foxo6等，它们主要功能包括调节炎症相关细胞的平衡，通过多种不同的信号转导途径参与细胞周期停滞、细胞凋亡和抗氧化应激等免疫相关调节，还在物质代谢等方面也发挥重要作用。
FOXO报告基因主要用于检测细胞中PI3K/AKT信号通路的活性和FOXO转录因子的转录活性、药物研究以及基因过表达和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMFOXO-Lu是钰博生物改造后的哺乳动物真核表达载体，在其多克隆位点插入了多个FOXO结合位点，可以高灵敏度地检测FOXO的激活水平。同时，对载体中预测出的其它转录因子以外的结合位点进行了适当的突变，增加了质粒的转录因子结合特异性。由于质粒体积减小，使得FOXO报告基因质粒更易于转染。

使用说明
pGMFOXO-Lu可以采用常规转染方法转染哺乳动物细胞。用荧光素酶检测试剂盒或双荧光素酶检测试剂盒进行检测。
