AREB6-Luc荧光素酶报告基因质粒（AREB6 luciferase reporter plasmid ）是钰博生物自主研发的用于检测AREB6激活水平为目的的报告基因。
AREB6又称ZEB1是一种锌指结构转录因子，它编码的蛋白在IL-2的转录抑制中起重要作用。另外，AREB6还与肿瘤的发生、发展、凋亡和侵袭转移等生理活动密切相关。
AREB6-Luc荧光素酶报告基因质粒主要应用于AREB6信号通路、药物筛选、基因调控和基因功能的研究等。
pGMAREB6-Lu是钰博生物改造后的哺乳动物真核表达载体，在其多克隆位点插入了多个AREB6结合位点，可以高灵敏度地检测AREB6的激活水平。同时，对 载体中预测出的其它转录因子以外的结合位点进行了适当的突变，增加了质粒的转录因子结合特异性。另外，由于质粒体积减小，使得AREB6报告基因质粒更易于转染。

运输与保存方法
冰袋（wet ice）运输。收到产品后放到-20 ºC保存。
使用说明
pGMAREB6-Lu可以采用常规转染方法转染哺乳动物细胞。用荧光素酶检测试剂盒或双荧光素酶检测试剂盒进行检测。
