LXRE Luciferase Reporter Plasmid LXRE-Luc荧光素酶报告基因质粒产品描述

LXRE-Luc荧光素酶报告基因质粒（LXRE luciferase reporter plasmid）自主研发的用于检测LXRE转录活性水平为目的的报告基因。LXR（liver X receptor）是核受体转录因子家族的成员之一，它与PPARs、FXR和RXR有着密切的关系。LXR对胆固醇、脂肪酸和葡萄糖稳态有着重要的调节作用。

LXRE-Luc荧光素酶报告基因质粒主要应用于Liver X Receptor信号通路、药物研究、相关基因的调控和功能的研究。

pGMLXRE-Lu改造后的哺乳动物真核表达载体，在其多克隆位点插入了多个LXRE结合位点，可以高灵敏度地检测LXRE的激活水平。同时，对载体中预测出的其它转录因子以外的结合位点进行了适当的突变，增加了质粒的转录因子结合特异性。另外，由于质粒体积减小，使得LXRE报告基因质粒更易于转染。

冰袋（wet ice）运输。收到产品后放到-20 ºC保存。

使用说明

pGMLXRE-Lu可以采用常规转染方法转染哺乳动物细胞。用荧光素酶检测试剂盒或双荧光素酶检测试剂盒进行检测。
