樟脑磺酸有左旋体、右旋体、外消旋体三种异构体
生产方法：由樟脑与硫酸反应而得。将樟脑、乙酐加入反应锅中搅拌溶解。冷却后滴加硫酸，保持44-45℃反应48小时。然后冷却至6-7℃，结晶，过滤，用少量冰醋酸洗涤结晶，干燥得樟脑磺酸。
