产品概述:
SDS-PAGE凝胶快速制备试剂盒提供了配制SDS-PAGE凝胶所需的各种试剂,用户只需自备制胶器具和双蒸水,即可配制PAGE凝胶。
本试剂盒中把凝胶配制所需的缓冲试剂、SDS等预混合成分离胶缓冲液(4x)和浓缩胶缓冲液(4x),简化了凝胶配制的步骤。分离胶缓冲液中含Tris pH8.8及适量SDS,浓缩胶缓冲液中含Tris pH6.8及适量SDS。

注意事项:
1. 10%APS分装后-20℃保存。同时应尽量减少室温存放时间。
2.PAGE凝胶的凝胶速度与温度以及APS、TEMED的用量密切相关;在其他条件不变的情况下,可通过改变APS及TEMED的用量,控制PAGE凝胶的聚合速度,凝胶聚合过快不利于操作。
3.温度较低时,分离胶缓冲液(4x)和浓缩胶缓冲液(4x)中的SDS可能析出,此时需水浴温育,并在完全溶解和混匀后使用。
4.在凝胶配制过程中,尤其是液体混匀步骤,应尽量避免气泡的产生。
5.在分离胶上层加双蒸水时要小心操作,加水时速度不能太快。
