The recombinant rat IL20 consists of 153 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 17.7 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 17 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

我是一个门外汉，刚刚做WB。做出来后全是模糊的片子，还有就是只有黑点，没有条带。一直没找到原因。恳请各位高人教导。并且按照以下的方法做。我做的是SD大鼠骨骼肌组织的蛋白检测，取300mg肌肉，最终加2.4ML裂解液。10000转离心10分钟。定蛋白也是按一下方法。上样按每10微升80微克蛋白上的样。用的是大连竞迈公司的垂直电泳仪。装模是半干法，按没分钟1KD转的。一抗1：1000.二抗1：6000。。 我测的蛋白在95KD左右，一半装2-2.5小时。但是结果不是背景强就是没东西。而且经常
