    应用:聚-D-赖氨酸聚合物可用于制备细胞附着的表面。D-赖氨酸聚合物也可用于消化聚-L-赖氨酸聚合物并导致L-赖氨酸过量摄取的细胞。


    建议使用0.5-1.0ml的该产品0.1mg/mL溶液用作细胞培养的基质对25cm2进行涂覆。 较低分子量的该产品粘度相对较低,但较高分子量的形式则可提供每分子更多的附着位点。

    生化/生理作用

    该产品是一种细胞的非特异性附着因子,可用于通过增强细胞膜的带负电离子与培养表面之间的静电相互作用而促进细胞与固体基质的粘附。 当被细胞培养表面吸收后,聚-D-赖氨酸可增加带正电的细胞结合位点数量。

    组分:聚-D-赖氨酸是一种带正电的氨基酸聚合物,其中每个赖氨酸残基约有一个HBr。 氢溴(xiù)酸盐可使聚-D-赖氨酸呈可溶于水的结晶形式。 在β结构中可能会发现少量的产物,因为HBr干扰氨基与羧基或含N或O部分之间的氢键。

    注意:无菌溶液可在2-8℃条件下稳定保存2年。脱水保存在-20°C条件下。

    制备说明:该产品具有70000-150000的分子量并经细胞培养检测和γ射线照射。如需去除HBr,将该产品溶解于中性缓冲液并通过透析以去除这些盐。 通常,如需将该产品作为附着因子使用,可将50ml无菌组织培养级用水加入5mg的聚赖氨酸中,并用1ml溶液对每25 cm2的表面进行无菌涂覆。 在5分钟后,通过吸液将溶液去除并彻底冲洗表面。 在加入细胞和培养基前让其干燥两小时。
