DESCRIPTION
The Oligo Clean & Concentrator provides a streamlined method for efficient recovery and clean-up of DNA/RNA fragments and oligonucletides ≥16nt from labeling(radioactive,biotin,DIG,etc.) and other enzymatic reactions. Unincorporated nucleotides,short oligos,dyes,enzymes,and salts are effectively removed by the clean-up procedure.DNA/RNA is washed and concentrated into a small volume of water.Purified DNA/RNA,available in just 2 minutes,is suitable for hybridization,gel shift assays,enzymatic reactions,ligation,sequencing,microarray analysis,etc.
Oligo Clean&Concentrator为从标记(放射性、生物素、DIG等)和其他酶反应中有效回收和清除DNA/RNA片段和≥16nt的寡核苷酸提供了一种简化的方法。未掺入的核苷酸、短寡核苷酸、染料、酶和盐可通过清洗程序有效去除。DNA/RNA被洗涤并浓缩到少量水中。纯化的DNA/RNA仅需2分钟即可获得，适用于杂交、凝胶转移分析、酶反应、连接、测序、微阵列分析等。
