一般描述:
化学结构:多烯
包装:50mg、100mg、500mg in glass bottle；1g、5g in glass bottle。
可溶性两性霉素B包装在琥珀色玻璃瓶中，内容物置于插入的熔锥内。
应用:两性霉素B是来自链霉菌属的一种多烯抗真菌抗生素。它对真菌和细菌细胞膜的固醇，尤其是麦角固醇具有很高的亲和力。维持抗真菌细胞培养的正常用量为2.5mg/L，同时在培养基中使用青霉素和链霉素。
生化/生理作用:两性霉素B可与甾醇结合，在膜中形成孔，并导致小分子的泄漏。该产品对真菌和酵母最有效。
组分:本品为两性霉素B的胶体混悬液，以去氧胆酸盐为增溶剂。处方为约45%两性霉素B和35%脱氧胆酸钠的磷酸钠和氯化钠溶液。
注意:两性霉素B在37°C培养3天仍保持活性。在-20°C条件下，通过防风避光，本品可保持活性5年。
制备说明
两性霉素B可溶于水(19.6-20.4 mg/ml)，在自然pH下，无需加热，即可得到淡黄色澄清至轻微浑浊的溶液。
水溶液由于溶解性差，不能过滤除菌。如果在无菌水中复溶，则无需过滤除菌。
也可溶于DMSO(30-40mg/ml)和二甲基甲酰胺(2-4mg/ml)。
其他说明:保存于密闭容器内，置于干燥通风处。本品对光和湿度敏感。置于干燥处保存。
根据UV纯度计算包装产品的实际固体重量。
