产品简介
c-Myc 蛋白是一种位于细胞核内的转录因子，参与细胞增殖、分化和凋亡等生理过程。研究表明，在胃癌、乳腺癌、
结肠癌和宫颈癌等许多肿瘤组织或细胞中，c-Myc 蛋白的表达量要明显高于正常组织和细胞中的表达量。Myc 标签（EQKLISEEDL）是来自 c-Myc 蛋白的一段多肽，由于分子量很小，不会影响融合蛋白的生物特性，广泛用于检测细菌、酵母菌、昆虫和哺乳动物细胞等系统中融合蛋白的表达。Myc 标签可以放在 C 端或 N 端，Myc 融合蛋白可通过偶联 Myc 标签抗体到二乙-烯砜活化的琼脂糖上而进行亲和纯化，但 c-Myc 融合蛋白的低 pH 洗脱条件往往会降低蛋白质的活力，因此c-Myc 标签系统多应用于检测但很少用于纯化。本抗体可用于检测带 Myc 标签的融合蛋白及天然 c-Myc 蛋白。
