Western blot: Approx 55 kDa band observed in Human Lung, Lymph Node and Tonsil lysates (calculated MW of 40.1 kDa according to NP_000582.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Funda et al, Infect Immun. 2001 Jun,69(6):3772-81, PMID: 11349042). Recommended concentration: 1-3 µg/mL.
IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Spleen shows strong clustered staining in some splenocytes. Recommended concentration: 4-6 µg/mL.
