This protein has a calculated MW of 77.1 kDa according to NP_009009.1. Recommended concentration: 0.1-1 µg/mL.
IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Skeletal muscle shows staining of the Z lines in the fibres. Recommended concentration: 3-6 µg/mL. Data obtained from previous batch.
