Mouse CD200R1 / OX-2R抗体 Background
Mouse CD200 receptor 1 (CD200R1), also known as OX-2R, is a single-pass type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. As a receptor for the OX-2 membrane glycoprotein, CD200R1 is also a cell surface glycoproteins containing one C2-type I g-like domain and one V-type I g-like domain within the ECD, as well as a cytoplasmic PTB-signaling motif. This receptor is restricted to the surfaces of myeloid lineage cells and the receptor-substrate interaction functions as a myeloid downregulatory signal, controling myeloid function in a tissue-specific manner. Mouse CD200R1 is expressed primarily by peripheral blood monocytes and neutrophils but also by other leucocytes including T-lymphocytes and mast cells. The extracellular domain of mouse CD200 R1 shares 43% and 72% amino acid sequence homology with the corresponding regions of human and rat CD200 R1, respectively.
