This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human RELA / Transcription factor p65 (rh RELA / Transcription factor p65; Catalog#12054-H09E; Q04206-1; Met 1-Tyr 306). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
RELA / Transcription factor p65抗体Background
RELA (v-rel reticuloendotheliosis viral oncogene homolog A), also known as Transcription factor p65, or Nuclear factor NF-kappa-B p65 subunit, is a transcription factor expressed in growth plate chondrocytes where it facilitates chondrogenesis. The inhibition of NF-κB p65 expression or activity prevented the GH-dependent activation of IGF-1 and bone morphogenetic protein-2 expression. Nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-kappaB) is well known for its role in inflammation, immune response, control of cell division and apoptosis. The v-rel avian reticuloendotheliosis viral oncogene homolog A (RELA) gene encodes the major component of the NF-κB complex. Changes in NF-kappaB transcriptional activity have been assigned to phosphorylation of the p65 subunit by a large variety of kinases in response to different stimuli.
