制备方法 : This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human CCNE1 / Cyclin-E1 (rh CCNE1 / Cyclin-E1; Catalog#10902-H07B; NP_001229.1; Met1-Ala410). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
CCNE1 / Cyclin-E1抗体 Background
G1/S-specific cyclin-E1, also known as CCNE1 and CCNE, is a nucleus protein which belongs to thecyclin family and Cyclin E subfamily. CCNE1 is highly expressed in testis and placenta, and is expressed at low levels in bronchial epithelial cells. As a positive regulator of the cell cycle, CCNE1 is essential for the control of the cell cycle at the G1/S (start) transition. In numerous human tumors, CCNE1 expression is frequently dysregulated, while the mechanism leading to its dysregulation remains incompletely defined. CCNE1 interacts with a member of the CDK2 / CDK protein kinases to form a serine / threonine kinase holoenzyme complex, including CDK2, CABLES1 and CCNA1, and the cyclin subunit of CCNE1 imparts substrate specificity to the complex. It interacts with retinoblastoma binding protein 3 and retinoblastoma-like protein 1. CCNE1 is also a potential therapeutic target in ovarian cancer. CCNE1-targeted therapy may benefit ovarian cancer patients with CCNE1 amplification.
