【背景资料】：Potent, irreversible, highly specific inhibitor of deubiquitinating enzymes (DUBs). Utility in the stabilisation of ubiquitin conjugates in cell lysates and tissue extracts and as a control inhibitor for the testing and characterisation of potential DUB activity modulators. HA-tagged N-terminus facilitates use as a DUB active site specific probe for the detection, purification and identification of DUBs in biological samples. HAUbVME has been shown to exhibit differential specificity for particular DUB enzymes compared to other similar ubiquitin C-terminal derivative DUB inhibitors (HAUbVS, VB2922; HAUbCl, VB2924; HAUbBr, VB2926).
