【背景资料】：Cell permeable inhibitor of Bcl-2 (IC50 ~9 μM); acts by binding to the surface pocket. Disrupts Bax / Bcl-2 interaction and induces apoptosis of tumour cells. Also binds to the anti-apoptotic Blc-2 proteins Bcl-XL and Bcl-w. Activates autophagy through disruption of Bcl-2 binding of beclin-1.
