红细胞稀释液（计数液）是一种用于减缓荧光淬灭的封片试剂。以甘油为基础,加入抗荧光淬灭剂,有强烈的防荧光衰减作用,用于对荧光组织和细胞样品的封片。封片后，样品4℃或者-20℃避光可保存2-3周。本试剂操作简单，在封片时用枪滴一滴抗荧光淬灭封片液，盖上盖玻片就可以了。当然，此产品不象树胶一样能固定盖玻片。所以封片后，如果方面，可以在四周封一丝中性树胶类物质以固定盖玻片。
保存条件：
2-8℃保存，约18个月有效。
红细胞稀释液（计数液）产品用途
主要用在基因诊断试剂盒、基因组DNA提取试剂盒、RNA提取试剂盒中去除DNA和RNA制备中的核酸酶，也可以于提取组织中非蛋白成份降解含有蛋白质的杂质，譬如DNA疫苗和肝素的制备等，还可制备脉冲电泳的染色体DNA及蛋白质印迹。
