前纤维蛋白2抗体产品介绍

前纤维蛋白(profilin)是一种低分子量的肌动蛋白结合蛋白, 前纤维蛋白除了能与肌动蛋白结合之外,在分子间相互作用的复杂网络中还起到一个控制中心的作用。
Profilin 2 is a ubiquitous actin monomer-binding protein belonging to the profilin family. It is thought to regulate actin polymerization in response to extracellular signals by binding to actin (1:1 ratio) and so affecting the structure of the cytoskeleton. At high concentrations, profilin prevents the polymerization of actin whereas it enhances it at low concentrations. By binding to PIP2, it inhibits the formation of IP3 and DG.
