This Immu-Mark<191> silver enhancing kit is used to enlarge gold particles
in situ
to give an intense brown-black stain of tissues and cells. The final silver enhancing step in IGSS is critical in achieving high sensitivity when visualizing antigens without loss of resolution. The kit is easy to use and comes with a simple-to-follow protocol. All components are formulated to provide intense rapid staining with low background. The resulting signal is permanent and more sensitive than conventional indirect enzyme labeling.
