培养箱水盘消毒剂是多功能性,即用型的浓缩溶液,用来消毒CO2培养箱中的水盘,可有效杀灭细菌、酵母菌和真菌。培养箱水盘消毒剂基于苯甲酸钠,其可由水果及调味料中自然产生,可用于很多工业上,如:在食物及药物中可作为防腐剂,在水上运输中作为防蚀剂。
CO2培养箱在细胞培养中普遍使用,高湿度及适宜温度为培养箱中细胞污染的滋生提供条件,要提前预防,避免污染出现。建议每2周或至少1个月,进行一次系统地清洁和消毒培养箱。培养箱水盘消毒剂作为有效的抗菌剂,可预防重复污染。CO2培养箱使用的水是重要的污染源,将50 ml 培养箱水盘消毒剂加至5 L双蒸灭菌水中,每2-4周更换一次培养箱中的水。
【预防处理】
预防处理是最有效的做法,可长期预防污染,且对细胞和组织影响小。当微生物污染很少时,消毒过程明显简单且有效。因此,适度及彻底清洁是消毒过程的首要条件,预防比处理时的问题更容易。
【环境的注意事项】
消毒剂是实验室卫生条例中所必需的,其不能瞬间起作用,需要持续一段时间才能达到杀菌活性的最佳效果。
破坏病原菌的发生主要有以下三个阶段:
- 最初阶段:消毒剂开始时显示活性。
- 中间阶段:大部分微生物被杀灭,而非全部。
- 最后阶段:有抵抗力的微生物被破坏。

【使用方法】
- 从-20 ℃冰箱中取出该产品,读取标签,检查产品包装与外观。
- 使用前恢复至室温(15-30 ℃),消毒液擦拭后置于超净台内。
- 推荐每100 ml无菌水中加入1ml 水盘消毒剂(1:100稀释)。
- 混匀后,即可使用。
【储存条件及保质期】
产品应该储存在-20℃~-10℃,使用前应解冻至室温,避光保存,并在产品标签上注明的有效期内使用。有效期:24个月。
当有如下情况时,产品将不能再使用,需丢弃。
- 颜色改变
- 凝集出碎片、颗粒或沉淀物时
- 不可溶性
- 性能降低

培养箱水盘消毒剂是多功能性,即用型的浓缩溶液,用来消毒CO2培养箱中的水盘,可有效杀灭细菌、酵母菌和真菌。培养箱水盘消毒剂基于苯甲酸钠,其可由水果及调味料中自然产生,可用于很多工业上,如:在食物及药物中可作为防腐剂,在水上运输中作为防蚀剂。
CO2培养箱在细胞培养中普遍使用,高湿度及适宜温度为培养箱中细胞污染的滋生提供条件,要提前预防,避免污染出现。建议每2周或至少1个月,进行一次系统地清洁和消毒培养箱。培养箱水盘消毒剂作为有效的抗菌剂,可预防重复污染。CO2培养箱使用的水是重要的污染源,将50 ml 培养箱水盘消毒剂加至5 L双蒸灭菌水中,每2-4周更换一次培养箱中的水。
【预防处理】
预防处理是最有效的做法,可长期预防污染,且对细胞和组织影响小。当微生物污染很少时,消毒过程明显简单且有效。因此,适度及彻底清洁是消毒过程的首要条件,预防比处理时的问题更容易。
【环境的注意事项】
消毒剂是实验室卫生条例中所必需的,其不能瞬间起作用,需要持续一段时间才能达到杀菌活性的最佳效果。
破坏病原菌的发生主要有以下三个阶段:
- 最初阶段:消毒剂开始时显示活性。
- 中间阶段:大部分微生物被杀灭,而非全部。
- 最后阶段:有抵抗力的微生物被破坏。

【使用方法】
- 从-20 ℃冰箱中取出该产品,读取标签,检查产品包装与外观。
- 使用前恢复至室温(15-30 ℃),消毒液擦拭后置于超净台内。
- 推荐每100 ml无菌水中加入1ml 水盘消毒剂(1:100稀释)。
- 混匀后,即可使用。
【储存条件及保质期】
产品应该储存在-20℃~-10℃,使用前应解冻至室温,避光保存,并在产品标签上注明的有效期内使用。有效期:24个月。
当有如下情况时,产品将不能再使用,需丢弃。
- 颜色改变
- 凝集出碎片、颗粒或沉淀物时
- 不可溶性
- 性能降低
