Cell Meter Annexin V凋亡检测试剂盒是一套专业的细胞活性监测工具。细胞活性可通过多种参数进行评估，本试剂盒专门通过检测磷脂酰丝氨酸（PS）外翻现象来监测细胞凋亡过程。
在细胞凋亡过程中，磷脂酰丝氨酸会从细胞膜内侧翻转至外侧。这种细胞表面PS的暴露是凋亡早期/中期的普遍标志，其可检测时间早于细胞形态学变化的发生。本试剂盒采用特异性结合PS的荧光标记膜联蛋白V（Annexin V），该偶联物已被证实能选择性结合PS。
Cell Meter Annexin V凋亡检测试剂盒过优化，适用于配备FITC通道（绿色荧光）的流式细胞仪进行细胞凋亡监测。
