General description
CSPD 是一种碱性磷酸酶的化学发光底物，能够通过产生可见光实现对生物分子的极其快速和灵敏的检测。光发射记录在 X 射线胶片或发光成像仪系统上。
Application
CSPD ready-to-use has been used for:
• the nonradioactive detection of labeled nucleic acid probes on membrane blots (Southern blot, Northern blot, Western blot and Dot blot)
• colony and plaque hybridization
• gel shift assay
• sequencing
It may be used for the detection of alkaline phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase conjugates either in solution or on solid supports.
