一般描述
该胰蛋白酶制剂由重组的巴斯德毕赤酵母菌株产生，因此不含胰凝乳蛋白酶。 蛋白质组学级的重组胰蛋白酶具有高比活性。
特异性
丝氨酸内肽酶，在碱性氨基酸Arg和Lys的羧基侧特异性水解蛋白和肽。Arg和Lys的酰胺和酯键也被断裂。
应用
在用于质谱的样品制备过程中，使用蛋白质组学级的重组胰蛋白酶来特异性地消化通过二维凝胶电泳或液相色谱方法而分离的蛋白。
制备说明
稳定剂：在mM浓度范围的Ca2+
抑制剂：TLCK、DFP、PMSF、亮肽素、大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂、鸡蛋中的胰蛋白酶抑制剂、抑肽酶、α 2-巨球蛋白、α 1-抗胰蛋白酶、APMSF和抗蛋白酶。
储存条件（工作溶液）：-15至-25°C
重组后的溶液在-15至-25°C可稳定1个月。避免反复冻融！

在用10 mM HCl重组后，蛋白质组学级的重组胰蛋白酶可在-15至-25 °C稳定最长达一个月。该产品在首次重组后必须通过适当的分装后进行储存，以避免反复冻融。
