乏因子采用免疫吸附法从正常血浆中制备，残留因子VII的活性<1%，而其它因子活性>50％。
活化部分凝血活酶时间测定（Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time Test—APTT）
内源性途径凝血因子活性筛选实验：在加入一定量的部分凝血活酶、活化剂、氯化钙后，测定血浆凝固形成纤维蛋白所需要的秒数。
凝血酶原时间测定（Prothrombin Time Test—PT）
评估外源性凝血因子、共同途径凝血因子活性状况的筛选实验：在加入组织凝血活酶、最佳氯化钙浓度后，测定血浆凝固形成纤维蛋白所需要的秒数。
正常参考值：因子VII的活性通常>60％。
