    G蛋白偶联受体PCR芯片384孔 可全面检测370个编码最重要G蛋白偶联受体(GPCR)的基因。GPCR调控一系列正常的生物学过程或直接在病理过程中发挥作用,占已开发的药物靶点的30%。开发药物靶点筛选试验时,不仅要确定目标GPCR的表达,还要研究相关的GPCR的脱靶副作用。芯片包括神经递质受体,神经肽受体,荷尔蒙受体,趋化因子受体和细胞因子受体,脂信号通路受体,光敏复合物受体,气味分子受体和信息素受体,这些受体会被激活并发挥生物作用。受GPCR调控的正常的生物过程包括:行为和情绪调控(血清素,多巴胺,GABA,谷氨酸盐和其他神经递质受体),自主神经系统(交感神经系和副交感神经系)传送(血压,心跳,通过荷尔蒙受体的消化过程),视觉(类视紫红质视蛋白),嗅觉(气味分子的嗅觉受体,信息素的犁鼻器)。使用这一芯片试剂盒及配套试剂检测RNA实验标本,研究者可以简单准确,并且全面的检测和分析G蛋白偶联受体基因的表达。
