来源: 源于白色念球菌(Tritirachium album) 反应条件: 蛋白酶K在较广的缓冲液pH范围(pH 4-12.5), 温度范围(37-60℃), 盐浓度(如: 3 M GuHCl)或尿素(4 M)条件下均有活性。在一些去污剂如: Tween20(5%), Triton X-100 (1%)和SDS(1%)条件下也有活性 比活性: 30 units/mg
