SABC（Strept Avidin-Biotin Complex）法是一种显示组织和细胞中抗原分布的简便而敏感的免疫组化染色方法。在实际实验过程中，其比直接酶标二抗敏感5-10倍，是免疫组化的理想方法。 基本原理 SABC是链霉亲和素-生物素-酶（或者FITC）复合物。亲和素（Avidin）存在于鸡蛋中，分子量67000，是一种碱性蛋白。对生物素有很强的结合力。链霉亲和素是从链霉菌中提取的一种蛋白质，分子量47000，等电点为6.0-6.5，也对生物素有很强的结合力，但其等电点接近中性，明显消除了原碱性蛋白所引起的非特异性吸附。 生物素活化后，可以标记抗体和酶而不影响其活性。再经SABC放大，一分子的抗体可以结合几十分子的酶或者荧光素，从而有很强的放大作用。 为了与一抗更好的配合，为了大家实验的方便，索莱宝公司特进口分装国外优质的SABC试剂盒，其包括过氧化物酶，碱性磷酸酶和FITC三大系列，配以其他相关试剂，可以满足大部分免疫组化的工作需要。SABC试剂盒可按一抗种属来源（小鼠、兔、山羊）和显色方法（DAB、BCIP/NBT、FITC）来分。 如果一抗种属来源和显色方法为其他，请预订。
