The Warranty PLUS 2, BR Universal extends the warranty period of the BioRobot Universal System to 3 years. One preventive maintenance visit is included for each year of the warranty; 3 preventive maintenance visits in total. Costs for service visits are fully covered including travel, labor, and parts, plus the cost of kits required for preventive maintenance. With a Warranty PLUS 2, there is a priority response time of 48 hours (2 working days).
