产品描述：
内皮素受体B（EDNRB）是一种G蛋白偶联受体，其活性和功能由激活磷脂酰肌醇钙第二信使系统的G蛋白调节。EDNRB膜蛋白广泛存在于人体内，参与许多生理活动的调节，如与ET结合，并通过细胞内Ca2+磷脂依赖性蛋白激酶第二信使系统将信息传递到细胞内，促进内质网和肌浆网中钙的快速释放。内皮素通过其受体（ETR）（如EDNRB）发挥其生物学功能。内皮素和ETR构成内皮素轴。内皮素轴在各种肿瘤中具有促肿瘤作用，可以促进肿瘤生长和转移，促进抗凋亡和血管生成。
