产品描述：
B细胞激活因子（BAFF），也称为Blys、TALL-1、TNAK和zTNF4，是TNF配体超家族的成员，被指定为TNFSF13B。BAFF促进B细胞的存活，并对B细胞成熟至关重要。BAFF结合三种TNF受体超家族成员：B细胞成熟抗原（BCMA/TNFRSF17）、跨膜激活剂和钙调蛋白及环孢素配体相互作用因子（TACI/TNFRSF13B）以及BAFF受体（BAFF R/BR3/TNFRSF 13C）。这些受体是缺乏信号肽的III型跨膜蛋白。虽然TACI和BCMA结合BAFF和另一种TNF超家族配体APRIL（增殖诱导配体），但BAFF R选择性结合BAFF。重组人BAFF含有153个氨基酸，分子量为17.2kDa。产品属性：
