5×非变性非还原蛋白上样缓冲液(Native Gel Sample Loading Buffer)是一种经过改良的以溴酚蓝为染料，5倍浓缩的蛋白上样缓冲液。产品中不含SDS等变性试剂，也不含DTT、β-巯基乙醇等还原性试剂。
用于常规的非变性非还原性PAGE（PAGE）蛋白样品的上样。
储存条件：
冰袋运输。-20℃储存，一年有效。

【求助】shRNA连接时，如果没有annealing buffer,可不可以用PCR buffer?
bobbymm shRNA要做连接的时候发现 annealing buffer 没有了。可以用 PCR buffer代替不？ zhujoker 就用普通的去离子水就可以了，没有那么复杂。不要想当然得使用PCR buffer。 bobbymm 用的是TAKARA的PCR BUFFER ，连接的还不错。 已经送去测序了。 谢谢回复。 本文
当某溶液加入酸或碱时，具有使 pH变化减弱的作用，换言之，此时的 pH变化比纯水小时，称此作用为缓冲作用，称具有这种作用的系统为缓冲系统。现假定被测溶液 1000毫升中加入 dB克当量的强酸或强碱，其 pH仅作 dpH变化，那么缓冲作用的大小，其比为： β为缓冲价或缓冲系数，而 dpH值在当溶液呈碱性变化时为正，呈酸性变化时为负，所以为了使β为正数，而 dB在加碱时取正值，加酸时为负值。
