      ,(我用的是预染的MARKER),我没用丽春红染色,用BSA封闭3小时(室温)直接加的一抗4度过夜,然后加的二抗3小时,然后显色,条带出现的好象有点靠上啊,(而且出现好多模糊的蛋白的条带,是没封闭好吧?) 跟MARKER比我也不知道到底在哪,caspase3是32KD,活化成17,12KD 两个亚体,是不是应该出现很近的两条带才是??是不是应该比较靠下才对呢?那会不会出现没活化的32KD的呢?还有预染的MARKER 在15%的胶里大概会跑出多少KD 到多少KD 的几条带呢??我的TTBS忘记调PH了,今天
