The Trefoil Factor peptides （TFF1，TFF2 and TFF3） are stable secretory proteins expressed in the gastrointestinal tract （gastric mucosa），and are involved in intestinal mucosal defense and repair. 溶解建议:
提供的人三叶因子-1，His标签（TFF1 His）产品为经0.4um孔径过滤的白色冻干粉末；该冻干粉末是从含0.5mg/ml人三叶因子-1，His标签（TFF1 His）的20mM Tris（pH 7.5），20mM NaCl溶液中过滤并冻干产生的.我们建议加去离子水以配制工作储存液到0.5mg/ml使粉末完全溶解.产品不是无菌的！请在细胞培养使用前使用合适的无菌滤膜过滤.

保存建议：
人三叶因子-1，His标签（TFF1 His）在室温可保存3周，或置于-18℃冻存用于长期保存.重新溶解后可以在4℃冷藏保存至少2-7天；如果想延长保存时间，建议分装（加载体蛋白如0.1% HSA或 BSA）后置于-18℃冻存.请避免反复冻融.
