Human T lymphocyte cell line Jurkat was stained with Rabbit Anti-Human DR5-UNLB (Cat. No. orb1251573) followed by Mouse Anti-Rabbit IgG-PE.
Total cell lysates from Jurkat cells were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane, and probed with Rabbit Anti-Human DR5-UNLB (Cat. No. orb1251573). Proteins were visualized using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H + L), Mouse/Human ads-HRP secondary antibody and chemiluminescent detection.
Human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line Hep G2 was stained with Rabbit Anti-Human DR5-UNLB (Cat. No. orb1251573; right) and Rabbit IgG-UNLB followed by Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG (H + L), Mouse/Rat/Human SP ads-BIOT.
