Figure 3. FACS analysis showed that the binding of Biotin-PD-1 to K562 cells overexpressing PD-L1 was inhibited by increasing concentrations of neutralizing anti-PD-L1 antibodies. The concentration of Biotin-PD-1 used was 1.5 μg/mL. BME100288 and BME100287 exhibited dose-dependent blocking activity, while the irrelevant control antibody showed no inhibition.
