| 描述 | Tauroursodeoxycholate (UR 906) is a naturally occurring, highly hydrophilic, tertiary bile acid. Tauroursodeoxycholate is used in studies of primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC), insulin resistance, amyloidosis, cystic fibrosis, cholestasis and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. |
| 体外活性 | 方法：过表达 WDR45 突变的 HeLa 细胞用 Tauroursodeoxycholate (200 µM) 处理 24 h，使用 Western Blot 检测靶点蛋白表达水平。 结果：使用 Tauroursodeoxycholate 抑制 ER 应激显著降低了表达突变 WDR45 的细胞中 p38 和 LAMP2A 的磷酸化以及 mCherry KFERQ 的点状形成。[1] 方法：未分化神经干细胞 NSCs 用 Tauroursodeoxycholate (100 µM) 处理 24 h，通过 BrdU 用 Flow cytometry 检测细胞增殖。 结果：Tauroursodeoxycholate 孵育后 BrdU 掺入显著增加。Tauroursodeoxycholate 调节细胞增殖。[2] |
| 体内活性 | 方法：为检测对糖尿病的作用，将 Tauroursodeoxycholate (300 mg/kg) 腹腔注射给 STZ 诱导糖尿病的 C57BL/6 小鼠，每天一次，持续二十四天。 结果：治疗 15 天后，与 STZ 组相比，STZ+Tauroursodeoxycholate 小鼠的血糖降低了 43%。这种减少可能是由于胰岛素血症的增加。[3] |
