| 描述 | Meloxicam (Metacam) is a Nonsteroidal Anti-inflammatory Drug. The mechanism of action of meloxicam is as a Cyclooxygenase Inhibitor. The chemical classification of meloxicam is Nonsteroidal Anti-inflammatory Compounds. |
| 体外活性 | 马注射Meloxicam 8小时和24小时后,跛行明显减少,并有减少渗出物的倾向.与安慰剂治疗相比,在马体内注射Meloxicam 8小时后明显抑制骨液中前列腺素E2和P物质的释放,注射24小时后抑制缓激肽释放.Meloxicam在马体内,注射8小时和24小时后,降低平均金属蛋白酶活性. Meloxicam-或氟尼辛-处理的马与SS处理的马相比,改善了术后疼痛度和临床变量.Meloxicam导致马的局部缺血损伤组织中产生大量中性粒细胞. 狗给药Meloxicam后第7和21天明显降低血液和骨液中前列腺素E2浓度,但是对血液中TXB2浓度和胃黏膜中PGE2浓度无影响.Meloxicam可以抑制小鼠LM-8肿瘤生长和肺转移. |
| 体内活性 | Meloxicam在MG-63细胞培养中,引起细胞凋亡,并上调Bax mRNA和蛋白质水平。Meloxicam对HCA-7和Moser-S集落大小有明显减少。Meloxicam明显抑制HCA-7细胞集落和肿瘤生长,但是对COX-2阴性HCT-116细胞的生长无影响。Meloxicam可以抑制PGE(2)产生、增殖和侵染,尤其在表达相对较高水平COX-2的MG-63细胞中。 |
