| 描述 | Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a naturally occurring lipid-soluble quinone compound derived from Fusarium oxysporum. Coenzyme Q10 functions as an electron carrier in the mitochondrial respiratory chain, sustaining mitochondrial energy metabolism. Coenzyme Q10 is applicable in research on mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress damage, cardiovascular diseases, and neurodegenerative disorders. |
| 体外活性 | 方法：分离的大鼠肝线粒体加入 Coenzyme Q10 （16， 32， 48， 64， 80 μg/mL），测定无机磷释放量，反映 ATP 酶活性。 结果：PCK 和 Coenzyme Q10 各浓度均能增加线粒体 ATP 酶活性。[1] 方法：小鼠原代腹腔巨噬细胞加入 Coenzyme Q10 （20 µM） 预处理 2 小时后，加 LPS （1 µg/ml） 刺激 6， 12， 18 小时，DCFH-DA 荧光探针法检测 ROS。 结果：Coenzyme Q10 处理显著抑制了 LPS 诱导的巨噬细胞内 ROS 的产生。[2] |
| 体内活性 | 方法：从小鼠心肌梗死术前 3 天开始灌胃给药 Coenzyme Q10 (600 mg/kg/d)，每日一次，持续至术后 28 天。 结果：Coenzyme Q10 显著减少了心肌梗死后的心肌纤维化面积，减轻了梗死边缘区的心肌细胞肥大。[2] |
